Former Employee - Concierge says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for less than a year Cons: Upper management could care less about their employees. Worked in 100+ temperatures with swamp coolers. Kept adding on job responsibilities like cleaning the bathroom without pay increase. Turn over is HUGE because you are sold an idea of what the job is suppose to be and when you start you are in charge of things you are not trained to do like aircraft placement"

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Too many! Low pay, no raises, no reviews, no appreciation. Abuse abuse. I’m shocked no one has sued them yet. New management (hired onwards from summer 2018 when the company HQ relocated), is a complete JOKE. They rule with fear, play favorites, over promise and under deliver, write eloquently hypocritical emails, micromanage- I mean for goodness sake, new management checks the cameras to verify when employees clock in. Are you kidding me?! They’ll get on you about not taking a lunch when they leave you as a 1 man show to run their airline. That’s right- all alone to deal with hundreds of customers. People and safety mean nothing. They can’t see anything past their nose. At the very least wait out until the current management gets fired. They will destroy you slowly."

Former Employee - IT Manager says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for less than a year Cons: CEO and President are really arrogant, mean spirited and fake. The CEO's cusses at his managers in front of subordinates. The President is unreasonable and a know-it-all and cannot accept an idea that's different from hers."

Former Employee - Marketing says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for more than 3 years Cons: CEO is a liar and a thief."

Current Employee - Pilot says

"I have been working at JetSuite full-time for more than a year Cons: Only cares about image. Not realizing that the people they constantly screwing are the ones caring the image to the customers. Read the other reviews it has all been said and it is all true. Just a heads up people in corporate have been posting to make the company look better."

Former Employee - Pilot says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for less than a year Cons: Corporate, favoritism, company politics, work ethic, low morale"

Former Employee - Pilot says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for less than a year Cons: Everything is horrible, people try to act nice! but all are phony jerks!"

Current Employee - First Officer says

"I have been working at JetSuite full-time for more than a year Cons: This company churns and burns. Nothing they promise in the interview is true. The latest is our hours have been cut way back with no notice, our paychecks have gone down instrumentally, they've done away with almost, all overnights..so no perdiem, and they lose employees every week. Do yourself a favor. Go mainline. What they say is what you'll get. You'll hate life is you come here. Everyone is leaving. They're not in touch with reality, and dishonest. Horrible health benefits too."

Former Employee - Pilot says

"I worked at JetSuite full-time for more than a year Cons: Compared to other companies pay is embarrassing. The health care is expensive and a joke. The health care is useless unless you have a major procedure. There is no 401K match because the company claims it's doesn't make a profit. The company can also take an off day from you without your approval or proper compensation."

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at JetSuite full-time Cons: What a horrible place to work. Management is full of themselves. False promises and no opportunities for advancement unless you play their game and stroke their egos. Spare yourself and don't apply. A male dominated culture. Many types of discrimination by upper management."

Guest Services (Former Employee) says

"Revolving door of people. CEO jumps from idea to idea as he tries to keep the company going. Be prepared for new plan / Direction / goal of the day. The only days worth working are the days he’s not there."

Director (Former Employee) says

"Very difficult place to work. Executive team seemed to have no interest in putting infrastructure in place and instead encouraged a chaotic and toxic environment. Cons: Poor leadership, poor communication"

Pilot (Former Employee) says

"Heavily weighted on the administration side with unnecessary over-done offices when I worked there, another reviewer hit the nail on the head when they said if you weren’t part of the clique, you were dead to them."

Airport Operations Manager (Current Employee) says

"Upper management did not care about you unless you were part of the click and the good ol boys club. They back stabbed their employees and could care less. They did not appreciate their management level. They have favorites and if you weren’t one of them then you were dead to them. I would never recommend anyone working for this company. They also have terrible planes that always break and we have to deal with angry customers."

Airport Service Concierge (Former Employee) says

"the business idea behind is amazing and it was the main reason for my interest to join this small, but growing company. Over the course of one-year management changed and with that the culture and atmosphere. Badly paid for the workload and responsibilities. No work-life balance."

Crew Member (Former Employee) says

"A start-up culture, good fit for people who want to be a part of a young but growing team. Lots of opportunity for a first career type of job. Cons: Little management support, emotionally-charged environment"

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) says

"I would not recommend this place. Very poor management. Ask about turnover in your interview. That will tell you all you need to know. Very low pay and poor morale Cons: Terrible, pay, favoritism, unprofessional and high turnover even at the top"

Anonymous (Former Employee) says

"Promises, promises, promises but no delivery. A lot of hands in the pot, telling you what to do, the next person says something different, another person calls on the phone screaming at you saying things were all wrong. There is no teaching on the job, everyone is out to throw everyone else under the bus. Write ups are constant thing not an unusual thing. Cons: Don’t make a mistake or risk being written up, constant monitoring via cameras, reprimands."

Pilot (Former Employee) says

"Promises, promises that are not kept. Crews & pax are wonderful. But management & lack of corporate integrity is severely lacking. ."

Captain (Current Employee) says

"JetSuite has all the presentation and poise to be a great company, but the sad truth is it is badly corrupt on the inside because of a tightly knit good old boys club within upper management. I have seen favoritism shown to certain pilots who are protected and can get away with anything while others are hunted down on trumped up charges with a make-believe trial and wrongfully terminated because someone with power held a grudge and had an ax to grind. My advice is avoid this company unless you fancy not being able to trust anyone and watching your back constantly. Best thing that could happen to this company is a replacement of much of management. Cons: Schedule for those without much seniority, very demanding and exhausting duty shifts without much rest between, Management and their spys amongst the workers, who write false reports to advance themselves, while providing illegitimate reasons for termination"

Anonymous (Former Employee) says

"It's like management is chasing brass ring instead of developing a plan, a process and working to reach the goal. Every time the wind changes the company direction changes."

Operations Supervisor (Former Employee) says

"If you do your work you will love your job, if you are looking for a fun laid back and relaxing environment this company is not for you."

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (Former Employee) says

"Pros – Young staff, Although they have more employees than most charter companies of their size they are still a small group of employees and all of the pros and cons that are associated with that type of environment. It is a young but promising company. Incredible investor backing. Extremely motivated customer service, operations, and sales support staff. The executive staff has a great deal of experience in aviation. The company is growing and should do very well in the future."

Airport Services Coordinator (Former Employee) says

"Typical day would be to assist passengers and contribute to daily internal duties. Being an Airport Services Coordinator, I have learned to work efficiently and better with the collaboration of your co workers. Management was great for the most part. Workplace culture was awesome with the people. The hardest part was the lack of communication. The most enjoyable part was riding for free! Cons: no healthcare"
